Media Nation has been nominated in the Blog/Podcast category of the Boston Phoenix’s 2008 “Best” poll. I invite you to vote early and vote often. (Just kidding. Sort of.) Yes, I used to work at the Phoenix, and I still write for the paper occasionally. But this is a reader poll — I have no advantage over anyone else. If you visit Media Nation regularly or occasionally and like what you see, I hope you’ll make your feelings known. I’m keeping the graphic in the upper right until the polls close.
Other nominees are Universal Hub, Jon Keller, Blue Mass Group and the Allston Brighton Community Blog.
Dan, we can be bribed. Red Sox tickets would be nice.
How about a free lifetime subscription to Media Nation?
I guess the Internet has the effect of reducing bribery as well.
Dan,While you and I rarely agree, I make it a point to read Media Nation daily. I strongly considered voting for you but in the end I had to go with your friend Jon Keller.Sorry.Glen BergendahlWeymouth
Oh, yeah, Glen? See if there are any earmarks in the budget for Weymouth this year.
Unbelievable! I thought it was a joke, but Jon Keller’s blog is actually on the short list!Wow.
Dan,Didn’t I hear somewhere that anyone who votes for your blog gets a free round on Media Nation’s tab at Punter’s Pub? Or another worthy establishment near NU?Bottoms up!Doug
Hmmm…tough.I voted for Dan for best BLOG (sorry, BMG) and Keller for best BROADCASTER (since Dan’s Greater Boston apearances aren’t nominated).Best of luck to you both!
