E-mail woes

I’m not quite sure how to get the word out to everyone who needs to know, but I’m struggling with some mysterious Gmail problems. I think I’ve fixed it so that I’ll get everything, but it involves monitoring two other e-mail managers to make sure Gmail isn’t killing anything. I may have to abandon Gmail altogether.

If you think I should have responded to you on something but didn’t, please be persistent.

<taps monitor>Ahhh, you’re still here? I thought you were just a former blogger hanging with Globe Managing Editor Marty Barron. =)

Oh, you listened. Well thank you. Nice to have Megan McKee, an outstanding Northeastern student, handling the chatroom during the show. Poor David got tangled up a few times.

I’m afraid I only caught bits of the show on my way into work, but I was indeed intrigued by what I had heard. I had to run into a restroom when you talking about online Globe readership vs. falling traditional readership, and didn’t hear whether the qualities of such readership, or the advertising potential, had been brought up. I see at least some of it’s been posted at RadioBoston.org, hope to check it out later this weekend. Also glad to see there’s a whole ‘nother set of McKees or McKies floating around to benefit journalism. =)
