  1. “Home of the World’s Worst Weather?” Obviously, they’ve never lived in the California Central Valley. Summers – 100+ degrees, winters – rain and heavy wind. I’ll take snow anytime.

Snowstorms at the summit are routine in every month of the year, with snowfall averaging 645cm (21 feet) per year.That’s heavier wind. =)
