Looks to me like it might just be a random hack attack. A search of Zone-H.org records several attacks by this hacker (hacker team?) recently. I can see no correlation between the targets.Googling for Minus-Power Virus Coding Team and looking at the cached pages shows lots of attacks of this kind.
