The pen thing has got to go. Cheapens the whole ceremony.
Or do it like a firing squad. Use one, mix it up with all the others, and then hand them out.
It must be some kind of messy signature, spread out across all those pens. Is there an official, signed document, aside from the ceremonial one? Has anyone seen one of these?
