  1. I’m watching it at 11:35 and the panelists can’t even explain the cause of the net neutrality problem (service providers set themselves up for a major problem by overbooking Internet bandwidth). They focus only on the symptoms (the proposed solution is to charge more when people actually use the bandwidth).
