President Barack Obama delivers his State of the Union address to a joint session of Congress on Capitol Hill on Tuesday, Jan. 20, 2015, in Washington, as Vice President Joe Biden and House Speaker John Boehner of Ohio Look on. In his State of the Union address Tuesday, President Obama wished good luck to astronaut Scott Kelly who will leave Earth next month for a year aboard the International Space Station. The President also hailed new jobs that push us “out into the Solar System not just to visit, but to stay” and cited NASA’s and NOAA’s recent research on climate change.
