    No one would know. A deal is never done until its done. Until the moment of completion it is speculation. It has to be worth more to someone else than to the Times or Geffen. Paying high interest can be worth more to someone else. Them there is the Greater Fool Theory: A fool and their money soon part. Billionaires make mistakes, too.
