    Regardless of what NYT can do for Google, it’s not good for the SE users that Google is acquiring content left and right.From Google’s perspective there surely must be a cheaper way to make money off of NYT content than buying the whole darn thing.

    any newspaper better do it’s best to promote on line usage or subscriptions online, I personally do not know anyone that buys newspapers any longer.Yahoo is working on their company to do just what DK is saying, the be more of ‘go-to’ point for news, shopping.but I think google is just fine as it is, simple and user friendly. yahoo is to messy and unorganized, never been interested in it and would like google to stay clean and quick to use.
