Right after Wednesday night’s third U.S. Senate debate between Republican incumbent Scott Brown and Democratic challenger Elizabeth Warren, UMass Boston political-science professor Maurice Cunningham and I kicked it around in a video for CommonWealth Magazine. Please have a look.

1. Warren could help herself by better connecting the dots. In other words, an SC of all conservatives means no more women’s rights.
2. Brown likes to talk about being bipartisan, but he’s not. Warren needs to point out that votes made when the results are already decided are like hitting a homerun when you’re down 15-1 with two outs in the ninth.
3. Brown likes to take credit for “leading” various efforts. Freshmen Senators don’t lead anything, not even trips to the bathroom.
We have a new drinking game. Take a shot every time Warren says – Grover Norquist, Millionaires, Billionaires. A friend took a transcript and told me that those phrases were approx. 17% of every word she spoke.
